Our Story

A Local Business That Actually Answers the Phone

We started this company because we saw a gap in Fort Bend County — homeowners calling appliance repair companies and getting put on hold for three days, or getting a tech who showed up without the right parts and had to reschedule. That's not good enough.

Our team is based right here in Missouri City. When you call us, you reach someone who knows Sugar Land traffic, knows the new construction in Fulshear, and knows that a family in Sienna without a working refrigerator can't wait a week for a part to be ordered.

We built this company around one idea: show up prepared, fix it right the first time, and stand behind the work. Every van is stocked with the parts for the most common repairs on the 15 brands we service. Every tech is trained on the specific systems — Sub-Zero dual compressors, Wolf dual-stack burners, Thermador Star Burner igniters — not just generic appliance knowledge.

Same-Day Focus

We schedule same-day appointments whenever possible because a broken appliance disrupts your whole day.

Parts-Ready Vans

Each van carries the most-needed parts for 15 brands so we fix it on the first visit — not a return trip.

Flat-Rate Pricing

Written estimate before we start. No hourly billing surprises — you know the cost before we pick up a wrench.

90-Day Warranty

Every repair covered for 90 days — parts and labor. If it fails again, we come back at no charge.

Meet the Team

Licensed, Trained & Background-Checked

Every technician on our team is vetted, trained, and carries the tools and parts to handle your specific appliance — not a generalist reading from a checklist.

Alex M.

Lead Technician — Luxury Brands

Sub-Zero Wolf Thermador Viking

Alex specializes in luxury appliance systems — dual compressor refrigerators, dual-stack burners, and steam ovens. He's the tech Sugar Land and Fulshear customers ask for by name. Licensed, insured, gas-certified.

David R.

Senior Technician — Major Brands

Whirlpool Samsung LG GE

David has serviced Samsung linear compressors, LG direct drive motors, and GE Profile dishwasher control boards across every neighborhood in Fort Bend County. 8+ years in the field. Licensed and insured.

Marcus T.

Technician — Refrigeration & Laundry

Refrigerators Washers Dryers Freezers

Marcus focuses on refrigeration systems and laundry appliances — from a Maytag Commercial washer bearing failure to a Bosch condenser refrigerator not cooling. Covers Pearland, Rosenberg, and Manvel regularly.

Our Credentials

What We Bring to Every Job

These aren't marketing buzzwords — they're the minimum standard we hold every tech and every repair to, every single time.

Licensed & Insured

Every technician holds a current Texas appliance repair license. We carry full general liability insurance — you're protected on every visit.

Background Checked

Every tech passes a comprehensive background check before their first job. You know exactly who is coming to your home — and so do we.

OEM Parts Only

We use original manufacturer parts — not aftermarket alternatives. OEM parts fit correctly, perform correctly, and keep your appliance warranty intact.

90-Day Written Warranty

Every repair comes with a written 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we fix it at no charge — no argument.

Our Promise to You

What to Expect When You Call Us

We know you have choices when an appliance breaks. Here's exactly what you get when you choose us — no asterisks, no fine print.

Real Person Answers

No voicemail maze. When you call (281) 326-9867, you reach someone who can schedule your appointment right now.

30-Minute Arrival Window

We call you 30 minutes before the tech arrives — not a 4-hour window where you lose your whole day waiting.

Written Estimate Before We Start

Flat-rate pricing. You see the total cost on paper before the tech touches your appliance — no surprises on the invoice.

Clean Work Area

We bring floor protection, clean up after ourselves, and never leave parts, tools, or packaging behind. Your home stays clean.

Honest Diagnosis

If your appliance isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you — we won't sell you a $400 fix on a machine that should be replaced.
